In accordance with IRS requirements, if you selected a paper W-2 form, it must be mailed and postmarked by January 31 each year. If you elected to have an electronic document for the 2025 tax year, it is now available.

If you did not receive your W-2 by the IRS-required mailing deadline of January 31, are unable to access Paycor, or require a W-2 for 2024 or earlier, you may request a reprint using the W-2 Reissue Request Form below.
